2019 Biodanza Australia Encounter

It is a great pleasure to invite you to an Encounter of Biodanza in Australia. We would love to share 4 wonderful days of Biodanza with you.We are delighted to be joined for this Encounter by special guest facilitators Dr Marcus Stueck from Germany and Naoko Tsutsui from Japan.

This is going to be a special event which we hope will touch hearts and gather us together from all over our vast land and beyond.

Wonderful vivencias and plenty of time for forest bath walks in nature, swims in the ocean, sharing our stories and catching up, enjoying quiet cuppas and lots of abrazos!

This Encounter was born out the happy memories of the 2015 Biodanza Festival which first brought our larger Australian community together as well as the inspiration that our first facilitators trained right here in Australia are about to be qualified.

 The Place

Govinda Valley is an oasis. From the moment you arrive it embraces you in the peace of nature.

It is situated inside a forest and very close to the ocean. This is a place where you can connect deeply to life through dancing and vivencias as well as time in nature and connecting with an open hearted community.

Govinda Valley is 75 mins by train South of Sydney, you can either walk 10 mins from the train station or request that we collect you.

The Theme – Another World is Possible

This speaks to our inner and outer worlds, to the possibility and hope for a world infused with trust, heart, openness and growth. It speaks to the aim of Biodanza and the dream that we share across the world holding a deep reverence for the interconnectedness of Life.

The Programme

Vivencias will be offered facilitated by Marcus Stueck, Naoko Tsutsui, Kate Clement, Catherine Borgeaud and by the first formed facilitators of the Australian School of Biodanza.

We will enjoy many different kinds of Biodanza sessions with an overall aim of igniting our enthusiasm, inspiring us, bringing us into the expansive embrace of life and meeting in our essential nature.

Our flow will be inspired by the Biodanza curve from activation to renewal across the days supporting us to travel together. This approach was pioneered by Reinder from the Netherlands and has created wonderful experiences in Encounters in Bali and Netherlands.

Their chefs take inspiration from different sources: cooks that inspire them, books they have been given, online recipes, or brand new recipes that are born within their head – and also their heart!”
