Join us on Monday nights 7:30pm AEST for a facilitated space for you to share, dance, move and flow with beautiful music and the presence of others.
We will do simple yet powerful processes together that support you at this time. They will help you to feel steady and grounded, activate your creativity and take care of your inner world of feelings.
This is a time to take care of yourself in many ways. This is time to connect. Join us and support yourself to keep moving and stay positively connected with yourself, other people and life.
We would like to continue with an online format for as long as required by the COVID19 social distancing restrictions. This feels important to us as a contribution to staying positive and well during this time.
We look forward to seeing you soon.

* * * About the online format* * *
We will use an app called Zoom. When you get the zoom link, you can click it to join the online meeting. If you don’t know zoom we recommend you go on a little earlier to get familiar.
It’s great if you can set up a laptop of desktop so you can see more faces. However if needed you can also use a phone. And in your lounge or bedroom is fine, you don’t need much outer space to enjoy these inner spaces of vivencia.
We will do a brief sharing circle at the beginning for you to ‘check-in’ and then we will invite you to a number of dances and processes to music. These will include postures and movements of vitality, playfulness, fluidity, extension and inner spaciousness and transcendence.
You will need to mute yourself during the session except when sharing at the beginning.
The music will be played directly from our computer to yours so the sound quality is better. You can play it on your side through speakers if you prefer.
These sessions will not be recorded.
* * * Can I tryout a class for free? * * *

* * * Is this Biodanza? * * *
No, this is not Biodanza but this is a biocentric activity.
Biodanza is one example of a biocentric activity. A biocentric activity is a life-centred activity that supports and encourages the flourishing and expression of life.
And this is a biocentric activity.
Biodanza, the dance of life, is uplifting and expressive. Done in group classes to fantastic music that makes you want to move, Biodanza is like a ‘movement-joy bomb’ that counters stress and lifts your mood.
If it’s time for you to get out of the ‘chronic stress loop’, Biodanza is a great way to do it. Simple, direct and immediate, Biodanza can be done by everyone. There are no steps to learn and nothing to ‘get right’.
If you want to read more about the Biodanza system and biocentric ideas, we recommend these sites.
