Country, people, wildlife and leaders – we are all facing different challenges as we start this new year. Amongst all is happening the possibility exists for us to keep moving. Moving towards each other – towards community, compassion, love, Life.
We can be moved by necessity and survival. We can also be moved by an open heart and a desire to serve and help. At the heart of every movement a door opens for life to give us information. And to choose what we align ourselves with and where we go next.
We invite you to this open Biodanza session to activate the magic that unfolds when a community moves towards life and celebrates the dance of life expressing in its unique way through each person.
Movement gives rise to opportunities and effects that we might never have dreamed. Clarity comes when we dare to show up and keep feeling, moving and expressing. There is collective power in showing up and doing this together and that’s the invitation in Biodanza.
Just as we don’t live alone, we don’t dance alone – we dance together with ourselves, with each other and with life.We hope you will join us. Everyone most welcome.
And if you were directly impacted by the fires please come and accept the night as a gift.
All proceeds from the night will be offered to WIRES. They are doing wonderful work with injured wildlife especially throughout the fires (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service). https://www.wires.org.au/
If you are doing the workshops from Saturday, this evening is included in your module fee. You are welcome to donate through a ticket too if you wish.
You don’t need Biodanza or dance experience. Read more about Biodanza at biodanza.com.au.
Tracy-Kim Gilchrist will facilitate this Biodanza session. Tracy-Kim was born in South Africa and has trained in Biodanza across the world in Africa, Europe, Israel and Australia. She is also an accomplished Journey Facilitator, coach and lives with her family in the Gold Coast.
